Welcome to the PyGit wiki!
About
pyGit is a module that enables you to run git commands from Python.
Why?
I noticed that the git module doesn't have anything for git add, commit, etc.

All commits with the prefix pyGit Commit: or the suffix "(This commit created with pyGit)" were all staged, committed, and (for the most part) pushed using pyGit. Would you care about a module that wouldn't do that? (Inspiration for this section was from Packages)
