Now with support for Sinatra!

Basically this version adds support for Sinatra framework.
But also gives the possibility of manual installation using AppInsights::BaseInstaller

A bug was found in this release, due a bad constant name. Please use 0.0.3

Rails support

This release supports automatic installation for rails framework.
If you are using a different framework, you can manually invoke the ConfigLoader.
