- Driver implementing MIP protocol communication using C++.

- it is modified to use the new catkin workspace to create ROS node instead of rosbuild
- tested with ROS Groovy on Corobot
- parameters modified to use GX3-45 instead of GX3-35
- ROS groovy is running on Corobot with Ubuntu 12.04 desktop
