Android 12 & Sv2, Fixes, and a Rewrite!

This could be one of the final versions for the "classic" version of StudiPassau.
A rewrite is currently in progress and you are invited to join the beta here.
Please note, however, that the beta version has far less features right now as they are still be worked on.
Anyway, here is the current changelog:

File explorer final

This app has already been around for about 1.5 years... Crazy... Anyway, here is the changelog:

• Added shortcut for the files section (even though, noone probably will ever use it)
• Restructured preferences

• Added option to set the mensa closing time
• First changes to the mensa plan design (Please report any suggestions and bugs!)
• Reduced app size (removed joda library, refactored,...)

Mensa plan adjustments

• Mensa plan now switches to the next day after 15:00
• Fixed some crashes and bugs

Security patches

• Moved OAuth data
• Fixed rare crash
• Removed 1 unused resource
