bug: skills output not available / wrong output mapping

Description

What happened: I ran different skills on a web page memory. "Extract Key Definitions" is now blank and the most recent "Format Post" shows, I think, the one that is supposed to be the definitions.

A restart of the client has not helped.

Steps to Reproduce

Potentially difficult to reproduce, but I used imported skills. If there's any logs that might be helpful let me know.
