There are no public accounts set up in this ThinkUp installation.

Instead of making users click through, why not just show a login box below the notice? If it's a private installation, then non-users shouldn't be browsing to it anyway. ThinkUp should optimize for the people who are going to be using it, not the people who have stumbled upon a private install.

Adding on to this, public registration, if allowed, is completely non-obvious unless the visitor decides to go ahead and click the "log in" link anyway just to see what happens.

In beta branch, if there are no public accounts user gets forwarded directly to the login page. Additionally closed registration status shows up on the login page to save that click as well.
