ThinkUp uses the ZipArchive class in the BackupController, BackupDAO, ExportServiceUserDataController, UpgradeApplicationController, and AppUpgraderDiskUtil classes. So, the installer should check if the class exists and stop installation if not.
I just tried upgrading my ThinkUp install from 1.0.4 to 1.0.5 and got this error. Is this the right place to log issues?
Fatal error: Class 'ZipArchive' not found in /home/user/thinkup/_lib/controller/class.UpgradeApplicationController.php on line 110
Yep, this issue is filed, thanks.
still the same (upgrading - via web interface - from 1.0.4 to 188.8.131.52) is there any workaround. Could it work via manual upgrading?
I don't think it will throw this error during manual upgrade. Try that.
Manual update worked just fine, thank you.
Sometime ago, but I only noticed this thread now
Issue #1310 During installation, check if ZipArchive class is loaded
