ThinkUp is great for archiving posts, interactions, and all the "things" published on social media (soon with support for foursquare—yay!)

However, I realized today that ThinkUp doesn't really show anything about the service users except their display/screen name and their posts, along with a few statistics. At least some use cases would benefit from archiving the history of changes to profile data such as: name, location, "about me"/bio, education/employment history, and so on.

It would help protect against instances in which services like Facebook delete profile fields or data without warning, such as Facebook did a while back (I don't recall which field was removed, but that data was lost), or as happened to my employment history with one organization whose Facebook page was removed.

I'm sure this is a long-term kind of project. Unfortunately I don't have a whole lot of ideas about implementation, as I just thought of this ten minutes ago—but I wanted to enter the issue and start the ball rolling.
