Provide ability to serve a new CSRF token via JavaScript in order to remove the hard page reload after toggling public/private on the thinkup.com branch.

To reproduce:

  • Add a Twitter or Facebook account
  • Toggle public/private
  • Observe hard page refresh

TODO: Remove the hard page refresh, and implement dynamic CSRF token creation.
