Add a link to the post page even if there are no replies/retweets #334

Right now the only way to get to an individual post page is by clicking the total number of replies/RT's. If there aren't any, you can't get there. Maybe link the timestamp to the internal post page as an alternative.

Submitted a fix for this: http://github.com/ginatrapani/ThinkUp/pull/335

This is only my third pull request on github, this time I've created a branch specifically for this issue (I noticed it's what others are doing). Let me know if there's anything else I should be doing!
