Embed This ThinkUp bugfixes

Need to:

link to individual tweets (not just Twitter user)
define a ThinkUp avatar class which does not inherit the pages img CSS class (see gray border around all avatars in that example above)
Change div name my_xss_magic to something post-specific so that TWO embeds can go on one page.
