Add admin-only application settings area #90

  • Open/close ThinkUp registration
  • Configure ReCAPTCHA
  • Timezone
  • Set cache lifetime
  • Clear the cache
  • Enable/disable profiler

To avoid additional db calls, want to cache this in session.

started working on this in relation to db migration code, db version storage...

I like the session idea as its just one call per session, and that seems reasonable to me, and then we don't need to muck around with file perms, creating/editing .php files, etc...

Issue #90: Admins can open/close registration in a web-based Settings area (not the config file)

  • Click on Settings, and then the Settings tab
  • Open/close registration and set ReCAPTCHA keys
  • Introduced framework for any number of application settings, aliased to the Config object
