Improve ThinkUp's password policy #999

Right now ThinkUp only requires passwords to be 5 characters in length and doesn't check the content of the password at all.

The application should enforce an 8-character, alphanumeric password. Existing passwords will be grandfathered in; new policy will only apply to password changes and new user registrations.
