New policy for new users and existing changing passwords with tests #1072

Making so that password updates and those for new user registrations must follow the points of:

  • minimum 8 characters
  • contains at least a letter
  • contains at least a number

Includes tests to check against too short and not mixed between letters and numbers.

  • TestOfAccountConfigurationController.php
  • TestOfRegisterController.php

999 - Improve ThinkUp's password policy

This doesn't match strings that start with a letter and are followed by numbers only, or start with a number and are followed by letters only.
