After name change bot does not pull any data

After in-game name change, bot will not pull any data even if new name is added to addUser list

Kayous is a friend that changed his name.
Mine is Sensei_SMASH used to be Sensei_Muta. Tried deleting the bot and reconfiguring it but did not help. Regions is PC-NA
It will pull data but only when doing that specific user.

When you attempted to run top did you two play any games for Sqaud-FPP this season? Keep in mind that top removes players that haven't played games to keep the image as clean from "empty-space" as possible.

The reason why I ask is because I was able to successfully grab ranking information on the two users (seen below) and I noticed in your picture that you ran those at ~5PM today.

Can you try running the commands again to see if you can get the ranking information?

Yeah, I have played games, I re-ran the command,

that but still doesnt show anything unless i do the rank command not the top command.
