re-add shared_by_followed_users and in_followed_studios?

The methods shared_by_followed_users and in_followed_studios were commented out a while ago 'because it is unclear if there is any case in which the response is not empty'

I could test this because I have an account from ~2017, so should these be reimplemented/checked?

note: when I log into my old account (kay426), these categories do in fact appear on the front page

I think that the main issue here is being able to test it. You will need a relatively old account. I do have some, but I need to check that I am willing to use them for scratchattach

i think that these methods are not that useful as the data does not change any more, but if you can access that data, you might as well let those who can access it access it

for me, in_followed_studios seems to still update, while shared_by_followed_users has been the same for years
