As a moderator and staff member receiving reports from the "modmail" system, I struggle to get a quick glimpse of a member's past infractions or notes.
Every time I am interested in somebody's history, I have to visit another text channel just to type out a command, and on top of that, hunt for the user's name and/or ID, which is too much effort especially when doing this from a mobile device.

It would be very convenient if a button would be embedded in every individual modmail report that once pressed, displays an ephemeral, user-only list of previous infractions.
Context
While it is convenient to receive reports from members in such manner, further information on the reported member can not conveniently be found to quickly gather context and decide further actions.
