For example I invoke below code three times in a loop:

d = new time.Date( new Date milliseconds )
d.setTimezone "America/Los_Angeles"
console.log "====> #{d.getTimezoneAbbr()}"

And it returns

====> PDT
====> PDT
====> PST

I can't reproduce:

var time = require('./');

var date = new time.Date();
date.setTimezone('America/Los_Angeles');
console.log(date.getTimezoneAbbr());
console.log(date.getTimezoneAbbr());
console.log(date.getTimezoneAbbr());

)))) actually it was related with times.values.
first two times was before switching to summer time(PDT) and last one was after switching to summer time(PST)
So I am not sure that it is bug right now
