I want to be able to use camera via streaming in my application

The idea of ​​this feature is to allow the use of a camera via string using the external library such as GStreamer or VLC.

For that, @ItaloYeltsin created a proof of concept from TCNI (TotalCross "JNI", which allows the use of native and external libraries) in the branch feature/tcni-rebased. It is not the first version yet but it works and has even been used by the community .
