Links in project mobile view not correct

The links to individual project page from the mobile project view seems to be malformed. The links seem to have the number of open actions in its syntax like:

/projects/27.m (1 action)

/projects/23.m (5 action)

If I remove the "(x action)" part from the URL manually, it works fine.
