- Implemented `GetMerchantContracts` query and handler. - Updated `ITransactionProcessorACLApplicationService` to include new method. - Created `ContractResponse` class for contract data representation. - Added new endpoint in `MerchantController` for retrieving contracts. - Enhanced tests and integration steps to support new functionality. - Refactored related controllers to utilize new claims retrieval method.
