chore(strapi): update to v5

Changed both the main strapi and generate-new packages to the latest version. Removed the i18n plugin from the dependencies used at initialized, because this is now included in the core of Strapi.

Seems like a lot has changed on Strapi's side. Lots of modules are no longer exported, compared to Strapi v4. It might only be possible to update, for example the build executor, if changes are made on the current version of Strapi.

I will close this PR for now since I currently don't know how to continue this update.
