  4. EDITOR -> WEBBY_EDITOR

    I prefer the environment variable WEBBY_EDITOR over EDITOR.
    Here's why: I use EDITOR='mate -w' for git because that
    makes it wait for the file to close before returning me
    to the command prompt.

    With Webby, that's not the behavior I want. So I set
    WEBBY_EDITOR='mate'.

  5. Refactored, cleaned up $EDITOR spawning

    Previously, text editor spawning was scattered across several rake
    files -- and it was done in several different ways. This change
    centralizes the code to spawn an editor.

    This code correctly handles the case where EDITOR='mate -w' -- whereas
    previous code did not consistenly handle it correctly.

  1. Work around for a bug in the RDiscount gem and underlying discount li…

    …brary. If a page has more than one closing tag on a line (</pre></div> for example) then the Discount markdown parser gets confused and thinks that the opening <div> tag never got closed. The coderay and uv helper methods have been modified to emit all HTML tags on separate lines. Fix courtesy of copiousfreetime.
