can't load toons from Aggra - EU realm #28

I currently play on Aggra EU and I couldn't load any of my toons.

Also while browsing other simulations I couldn't find a single one from Aggra.

Here is a sample armory link for one of my toons:

Perhaps it is not working because of the "português" in the realm name.
