Refactor MODS Editor to create separate files #20

The MODS editor pane can be left open when the program shuts down. If the program is then started again, the MODS Editor pane will show an error, as the editor fails to load.

Note: this is likely due to the URIFragmentEditorInput strategy I've used to pass MODS references into the MODS editor. This Input class may not be saved correctly as part of the session and therefore doesn't load correctly on restart.

The current workaround is to close the Editor pane containing the error by clicking on the X on the tab. Then find the part of the arrangement you want to describe and right-click to edit MODS.

Cannot get this done for release 1.2. Schedule is too tight and this change is extensive.. It is however becoming important as active workbench users are using more and more memory..
