NotifyingBlockingThreadPoolExecutor.await() not working properly #125

Hi, I'm using your NotifyingBlockingThreadPoolExecutor which looks great. Unfortunately, I am seeing a problem when calling await(). await() exits, but threads are still runnning.

I can prove this with example code which often generates a ConcurrentModificationException. (It requires data to run though.)

I switched from await() to shutdown() + awaitTermination() which seems to work fine (still testing).
