A mobile application (IOS, Android compatible) where users can -

  • Search patents using various criteria like Assignee, Date, Id, Inventor, Title
  • Search results can be sorted in ascending or descending order by title and date
  • Bookmark interesting patents or search results and organize them into Notebooks
  • Access related documents and text content
  • View previous search results or last viewed document
  • Set font size and background mode based on personal preference

Installation Steps

  • Clone this Git repo
  • Install Node.js
  • Install Cordova and Ionic using the following command (tested with Cordova v7.0.1 and Ionic Cli v3.5.0) :
  $ npm install -g cordova ionic

  • Install dependencies
  $ npm install
  • Add the desired platform
  $ cordova platform add ios
  $ cordova platform add android
  • Build and run the app
  $ cordova build android
  $ cordova build ios
  $ cordova run android
  $ cordova run ios
