Flow shouldn't affect filament change, or retraction codes #23

If flow is set to 50% then you do a filament change it only moves half as far as normal.

Person who mentioned this bug thinks it might occur on retractions also (but seems unlikely):
And retractions if set to 4.5mm may actually be half that. Similarly with flows greater than 100%. Of course this applies to G10, G11 only. Retractions done with G0 or G1 commands are supposed to be multiplied by flow rate I would think.
