The intermediate texture resource size and rowPitch now respect min size requirements for small texture resolutions on DX12. This was causing crashes with textures smaller than 64x64.

Tested with 2x2, 4x4, 8x8, 16x16, 32x64, 32x32, 64x64 and 128x128.
