Can you list all the ways to make a place deadly, except for fall damages, please?

Also CONTENTS_WATER may be deadly if the bot doesn't know how to swim =).

As mentioned in that other issue, it may be wanted that sometime the navmesh should exist but the bot discouraged to go there:

This basically means to increase the travel cost of affected tiles, which shuold be possible
