How to translate UI items

The USB packet viewer translation is managed by Qt. lang_chs.ts is a demo translation for Chinese simplified.

Open lang.ts with Qt's Linguist.
Translate items.
Select File > Release to create a Qt message QM file.
Load the QM file in USB Packet Viewer.
