Lock icons gone missing from GIMP 2.99/3.0 for some reason so I added them back.

GIMP Icon Themes

Adds 2 new icon packs:

• Blender (Colored)
• Blender Symbolic

How to install:
Launch GIMP and go to Edit > Preferences > Folders > Icon Themes and see where it looks for the icons, unzip the custom icon theme in that folder.
Alternatively, click the button "Add a new folder" and give it a new path to search for the custom icon theme(s). (needs restart)
