When the extension is enabled, the feature editor.occurrencesHighlight stops working (at least for OCaml using vscode-reasonml).
The gif shows how it works without the extension, and then what happens after enabling it (ignore the Cmd+D's - that's another issue):

I could narrow the problem down:
If I click on a word with the mouse, it still works. If I use the keyboard to reposition the cursor, it doesn't (without the extension this works as expected).
