System Information

Problem Description

Dota2 will randomly crash while playing. Problem started occurring after most recent software update, but may not be related to it. The crashes occur randomly and occur in the middle of the game. When the game crashes, the entire process is killed. Relaunching from Steam successfully launches Dota2 again until the next crash.

Syslog for the crashes in /var/log/syslog are always the same:

May 18 10:22:24 Computer crash_20190518102025_1.dmp[8695]: Uploading dump (out-of-process)#012/tmp/dumps/crash_20190518102025_1.dmp

There is a dump file created for every crash:

As can be seen, the crashes occur repeatedly based on the timestamp.

Launching the game with the following options:
-sdl_displayindex -1 -phased_window_create -opengl

For reference, the attached minidump is a SIGSEGV in libscenesystem.so.
