Sudden crashes : on hero select / main menu / in-game

Description

My game crashes on several instances :
in the menu (rare occasions)
In game (occasionally)
On hero select (occasionally)

This has started occurring more and more recently. I've attached the dumps as I expect you'll be able to find more info in them.
I've attempted verifying file integrity, uninstall and reinstall, to little avail.
I will note that my dota is unfortunately installed on D: as I've not enough space on C:, and a laptop (approx 4 year old).
That is all I'm aware of that could cause this to occur.
