- [v] that I haven't found an existing compatibility report for this game.

"attach the generated $HOME/steam-$APPID.log to this issue" I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THIS IS ASKING ME, I CAN ADD IT LATER WHEN I'LL BE GIVEN MORE AND BETTER INSTRUCTIONS.
Symptoms:
Altho WINquake runs mostly well under Proton with basically any CPU and GPU, on my Ryzen 5600x I encountered a couple of rendering bugs.
Reproduction:
I guess one as to have a Ryzen CPU and try to run WINquake with ANY Proton version since Proton 7.
It's A LOT to write down and to illustrate. I have already made a Reddit page with this issue some time ago, and just now I have also updated it.

"The problem" may just be something already known to happen in the past, but I didn't find anything on my own.
Just to clarify it this doesn't happen on Windows, only Linux.
