[SV Pure] Textures missing for maps + radar issue #345

Basically, since the last update maps have missing textures. Also, the radar also sometimes doesn't properly draw the map layout when this happens.

Hello,

The radar glitching doesn't seem to be fixed on CS:S. I don't know how to replicate the problem, as the radar glitching seems to be very random. All I know is it happens after playing for a while.

Hello,

I may have found a way to replicate the problem. The broken radar seems to only occur on custom maps after switching back to them. The console logs suggest it's trying to load the materials of the prior map.
