[nvidia 367.27 bug?] FPS drops to 15 randomly after dying or buying.

With the nvidia 367.27 driver I had problems with the fps suddenly dropping to 15 and the game unplayable. This happened 3 times in 4 games and the only way to fix it was to quit and restart.
I don't know if this is an nvidia problem or a cs:go problem since I upgraded the nvidia driver at the same time as the last csgo patch (24-06-2016). Downgrading the nvidia driver to 361.45.11 seems to fix it though.

The fps drops happened when I died or just after I bought weapons.

Bug also triggered by new round start, before even buying anything. I have had it happen to me on Cache, Dust II and Mirage maps so it doesn't seem to be related to any map.

I actually don't have any problems with the Nvidia 367.27 driver on Arch Linux.

I have the same problem with Nvidia 361.45.11 driver on Ubuntu 16.04

Strange, I have only had problems with 367.27 but downgrading back to 361.45.11 every game I played was fine. Then I installed 367.27 again and started getting the bug again. I will try the 361.45.11 again a bit longer and see if I do get the FPS drop with the latest CS:GO.

I have played 10 competitive matches now since downgrading to nvidia driver 361.45.11 and didn't have the issue once, but in the previous 10 matches with the 367.27 driver I had the problem in at least 5 of them. So for me it looks like the problem is definitely with 367.27.
