I have a mountpoint that I can't see due to permissions:

$ df -h
df: ‘/var/lib/docker/devicemapper’: Permission denied

This causes steam to lose all storage options. What this means is that I have to re-validate my access on every startup of steam and my library is always empty. I have no disk space available (though there clearly is). After stopping the docker service the inaccessible mountpoint disappears and steam will start normally. This used to work and the only thing I changed was updating steam I think.

For completeness the console log of the steam process. It clearly complains about getting the right mount volume.
