    I'm still not fully happy with the change made, since it somehow only permit
    one script per skill family, so I guess I'll move the script file
    detection to within the skill itself later on, to permit specific scripts
    per skill.

  7. Created a script supervisor as a game mode component.

    I replaced the custom scripting support in the battle media class
    with it. The boot scripting support will also be done through
    that component in another commit.
    
    This will permit to have (scening) script support for any game mode.

    when they are the same as the previous map.
    
    I also added a map sub-name display, useful for area divided in
    several maps.

  1. Added the possibilityu to delete a layer.

    - The editor will also check whether the layer is the last ground one,
    and won't permit its deletion in that case.
    - I also made the editor aware that adding/moving/deleting a layer
    is a map modification.

    Note that layers can be moved up or down as long as they
    are contiguous in type. E.g: Can't move a ground layer past a sky one.
