added custom nginx config support, and ported improvements and fixes from the main site template repo, such as:

  • making the nginx log names consistent
  • removing the TLS code in favour of the variables built into VVV core
  • custom nginx configs via provision/vvv-nginx-custom.conf
  • creating public_html if it doesn't already exist
  • http2 and http2 preload support
