This makes restoring a backup downloaded easier, or just getting sites ready to go after a destroy and reprovisioning.

This will lead to the database SQL getting imported in every single
provision of a site, even if it was provisioned the previous time
The restore script already does this, can we get a log of the output? This
will need additional testing

I was just thinking of this too today (getting imported everytime).
I can revisit this, and avoid the import of the database if the site is
already installed.
