From 6d68b828ccc46714afb41e870365dcbebb5cec50 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Hilko Bengen Date: Tue, 23 May 2023 23:31:31 +0200 Subject: [PATCH] Linux.RHEL.Packages: Silence dnf output (#2703) On an "unregistered" RHEL9 test instance, dnf tells us all sorts of nonsense at start: ``` Updating Subscription Management repositories. Unable to read consumer identity This system is not registered with an entitlement server. You can use subscription-manager to register. ``` The last line bleeds into the package list. Adding the `--quiet` switch fixes this. --- artifacts/definitions/Linux/RHEL/Packages.yaml | 2 +- 1 file changed, 1 insertion(+), 1 deletion(-) diff --git a/artifacts/definitions/Linux/RHEL/Packages.yaml b/artifacts/definitions/Linux/RHEL/Packages.yaml index 77dd9ec8aec..c90de2c9efb 100644 --- a/artifacts/definitions/Linux/RHEL/Packages.yaml +++ b/artifacts/definitions/Linux/RHEL/Packages.yaml @@ -14,6 +14,6 @@ sources: query: | SELECT * FROM foreach(row={ SELECT grok(grok=DNFGrokExpression, data=Stdout) AS Parsed - FROM execve(argv=["dnf", "list", "installed"], sep="\n") + FROM execve(argv=["dnf", "--quiet", "list", "installed"], sep="\n") WHERE count() > 2 }, column="Parsed")
