- Switch proxies to https domains
- Disable private address creation in KMD
- Fix "Port Taken" error display to accurately show the port that is taken
- Fix issue with Komodo not shutting down when closing Agama
- Add warning for using z_sendmany with Komodo if there is an interest balance.
