Travis tests do not make sense?!

Travis is running the tests from `example/`, which use the existing Docker image though: therefore it won't cause a build error in case a PR breaks things.

It seems the tests should build what is `tweekmonster/ubuntu-vims` locally and then run the tests against it - or something in that regard.
