This pull addresses #18 and allows you to configure different Sass compilation settings for each project. Config items have been moved from
configtoconfigWorkspace; I chose to make every configuration workspace-specific instead of keeping some global, since some projects may have different needs.I also added a boolean config option to enable/disable the extension per-workspace, so you no longer have to disable the whole extension.
