This is a maintainance and (small) feature release. It fixes some issues regarding the session management, installation on https, compatibility to PHP 7.2, so it is recommended to update your site(s).
Furthermore, it includes a rework of the /account files, the registration process is now GDPR conform with double opt-in feature.

The WBCE CMS version 1.3.1 is a maintenance release and fixes bugs in connection with our output filter module, mpForm and e-mail transmission via SMTP with SSL encryption.

In that case, we recommend updating mpForm to the latest version.

There are also improvements for Show_menu2, Backend Theme Handling and some other fixes.

The new version of WBCE CMS brings again a lot of improvements like a completely reworked backend theme, a much more reliable session management and new output filter functions. Use this package for new installations and updating existing ones. For more details see release notes in the WBCE CMS forum.
