    Removed the dependency on Xna from all but the Game1 and Renderer classes. The rest of the code uses WCell.Util.Graphics now.

    Moved dll dependencies to a Lib/ folder in the TerrainDisplay root.
    Removed dependency on the ContinentType -- added TerrainIdentifier class for more sane tile definitions
    Added the start of a terrain simplifier that uses delauny triangulation
