Thank you for your interests in ANNOVAR. You will usually receive an email within 10 minutes with instructions to download ANNOVAR (contact me kai@openbioinformatics.org) if you do not get the email within one hour and if it is not in your spam box). The email will contain a URL which may be changed by your email server to a complex string.
Email sending success!
Since June 2022, Google no longer offers free email service by SMTP, so we switched to a different provider for sending emails. However, many users have complained that the email is not received. Therefore, I now list the content of the email below so you do not need to contact me.

I went to my HPC staff and they asked me if I had:

from what you’ve sent, it looks like they’ve given you the link but not the licence. you might need to go back to them first to check on the download/install process as im not familar with this application.

Do you have any idea? Sorry this is my first time using!

Thanks,
Amy
