Automatically mark redirects in the way of article moves for deletion #42

This is an easy one. If it detects a redirect is preventing it from accepting an article, replace the page's text with {{db-move|submission|redirect preventing move of accepted [[WP:AFC|article submission]]}} and then mark the submission as under review with an automated comment.

Maybe create a separate "how to" page for not familiar (with AFC) admins how to use the tool for the case that they want to move the page directly on their own. (so that they use AFCH)

Actually that should be a nobrainer as this is related to issue #52
